My personalised Mon Monogram handbag has been in Sandton for a week and a half and I still havn't received it. A shop assistant had called me on Saturday (13.06) to say that they had received it. I asked for a quote on the balance (I had paid a deposit) including courier to Durban. I didn't receive a quote by Sunday so called to find out what is taking so long - the courier company is closed on the weekend and that they would get the shop assistant who initially assisted me get the quote for me- he would be in on Monday. Monday - still no quote - called the branch again and they advised that the assistant which helped me was not in. Tuesday - called again and they did not get the quote yet, I had to remind them. I received the quote and transferred the amount that evening however it needed to clear with their accountants either on Wednesday or Friday. Friday I called to check but they did not receive an updated mail from their accountant so I requested that they check with their accountant. It cleared. They advised that the courier would pick up on Monday deliver it today. Called today- assistant wasn't in yesterday - I'l get it tomorrow. Why must I remind them? I've already paid.
