Bad Attitude continues to prevail

Whenever you're out shopping with the family or friends it's supposed to be an enjoyable time. Unfortunately 'BAD ATTITUDE' is something that is very difficult to prove, but staff so often display this type of bad attitude to customers and just get away with it. My experience came at Jet Pavillion on Friday 12 July 2013. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person, but it was a female who was busy packing or setting the clothing and but was'nt facing me, and when I approached her to query about something she blatantly ignored me (even though I was the only person next to her for the past 2 mins as the store was very quite). I had to walk in front of her to get her attention, and when I made my query, she just looked down, continued packing, and answered me after a few seconds with a very grumpy tone. Now I think that this is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe Managers don't know how to handle their staff, I think that the Managers and Seniors need to speak to their staff about being friendly to customers as we are the ones who that matter. Or is it that nobody gives a, they just come to work to do their job, get paid and go home. I think I deserve an apology.
