I sent my phone in for repairs on 30.09.2013. I made it clear that I only wanted a quote on the repairs. I received a quote of R540. I then informed them via a telephonic discussion and via email that they may go ahead with the repair job. On 09.10.2013 a Vodacom rep. called me to say that the quote was now changed to "? R700". I then asked the assistant to email me the second quote. I then saw that the amount had changed yet again to R824.72. I told her that I wasn't going to pay for something I never asked them to repair. I am not happy with the service I received from them and would NEVER recommend Vodacom to anyone wanting to use them. This isn't my first encounter with them and probably won't be the last for as long as I have my contract with them. After that I won't ever use them. The worst network and service provider.
