CALABASH LEATHER TERRIBLE SERVICE/BUSINESS CONDUCT

Monday 8/7 I visited their workshop and discussed what I needed with Jeannine. I needed it by Tuesday 16/7 latest as it was a bday present. I was told this was not a problem and that I needed to send through the design I would like engraved on the leather.
I followed up with them each day as I had not received the quote. On Thursday when I phoned AGAIN I was told that they could not give me the leather I requested! I chose another one as time was of essence and I needed the job done. I requested the quote AGAIN! On Friday I had still not received the quote. I called AGAIN! I was told it would be sent to me immediately.By Saturday I had still received nothing.
I called and emailed. No answer or response. I still haven't heard from them.
After a week of pressing them for quotes and responses I have still had no feedback, a week later. They promise a service to their clients and they cannot follow through. Their business ethic and professionalism is disgusting. There is NO respect for their clients. They wasted my time and the way in which they conducted themselves professionally is unacceptable! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND CALABASH LEATHER to anyone as they will disappoint!
