I took my Samsung S2 to the Samsung Service Center in Boksburg on Monday morning at 8am and booked it in - I was informed that a quote would be emailed to me either Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday morning i popped in at 8am to find out when the quote will be finalised and was informed that they had done the quote and where waiting for acceptance. unfortunately no-one could give me the quote there and then and I was asked to wait for the person who compiles the quotes to assist. i declined as I had a meeting to attend. They assured me that the email would be sent out today. I called in to the Centre at 11 to find out if they were still going to send the quote. and was assured they would be doing it immediately. It was also mentioned that they had previously sent me the quote and had been waiting for acceptance. I verified my email address.and was again assured I would be receiving the email shortly. I then phoned back 30 minutes later and blew my top as They had still not sent a quote. The Centre also refuses to tell you what the amount of the quote is telephonically.i am very disappointed with the level of service received. The staff should have been able to print out the quote
