Never bothered coming back to me

I contacted Infinity and asked them to come out and quote me. Jason said he was busy but would come the following week. I never heard anything. Called him after a week and he promised to be there before the end of the week. Agin, never heard anything. Called the Monday again and arranged for him to come Thursday evening and he was a no show. Got a message (not even a phone call) the following Tuesday to apologise as he had problems with his phone and he asked if I still needed a quote. I had had other people out to quote, but knew his prices were good so replied yes, he must please come that week. That was last week. I have heard nothing again. Pathetic.
