Pathetic service, no feedback, incorrect quote

On Sunday 20/01/2013 we were in the store to have wedding bands fitted to my engagement ring. I clearly requested for the rings to be ready on Sunday 27/01, which didn't seem to be a problem. Connie said that the bands were R1800@ but she would contact me on monday 21.01 to give a quote on the cost to fit and shape the rings. I did not receive ANY feedback - I had to phone the store on Thursday to find out what the progress is. She still couldn't give me a quote. I just received a quote - WOW!!! WHAT A SHOCK!!! The bands are now R3 299@ and still no quote for the fitment!!! This is PATHETIC service. I want to go fetch my ring tomorrow and get someone else to assist me, but I will never go back to this store. Conveniently Connie is not there today and will be off for the weekend... WHAT NOW???
