Bad Attidude

Bought brief under wear for my son deceided to return for boxer ones (Centurion). Went to Midrand branch to return it but got bad attitude and they don't know themselves whats written on the back of the slip. They said they don't refund under wear but the ones I bought was sealed. Dept manager and controller manager gave me attitude and the controller manager ignored me when I tried to speak to her. I HEARD HER SAY TO THE OTHERS NOT TO WORRY ABOUT ME. I can not believe that we have these types of people servicing the public. Yes they were to me. I spent over R1000 this weekend and I feel like closing my account at the end of the month. This branch has a problem with service delivery. I with fire all.
