On the 30th/03/2013 went to the Eastgate cna to refund a cellphone which i bought at cna westgate, when i got there they called the manager, the manager was so rude as he showed me the terms and conditions at the back of the slip, i told him that when i bought the phone they did not inform me that they had no refund policy.the reason for the return is that the phone was a demo model, and i no longer wish to keep a demo model, and i advised the manager, that i did not even use the phone the device was only 7 days old, the sad part is they expect me to keep a phone which i have no use of, the manager tells me that its my own problem what i do with the phone, i cannot believe that store have such policies, if you have a no return policy make it clear for the client, im really disappointed with the level of service received from cna is shocking, the manager there has serious attitude problems
