PEEPHOLES IN FITTING ROOMS!

Went to Identity in Kolonnade last weekend, tried on 2 pairs of pants. As I was getting dressed again something caught my eye. There was a hole in the side of the room, BOTH SIDES, hip height and big enough to fit a finger in. Both holes were the same size, the same height and exactly the same placement on opposite walls. I was shocked to see this AFTER I changed, wondering who was sitting next door and watching?

The stall next door was empty when I went in, but while inside, I could hear that somebody went in there, when I came out, the stall was empty again, with a staff member standing just outside. I went to the manager of the store and complained, as it is invasion of privacy. She said she is not aware of this as they don't use the rooms, that only the customers use it, and that it is not their fault. I asked her if they are gona fix it, her response was " no, the store is getting a revamp in 2 months, it will be fixed then".
If a customer made the holes, it would have taken him a long time to make 2 perfectly round holes, as big as a very large drill bit, straight through 2 inch wood, on opposite sides.

Seems like the staff of identity do more than just sell.
