I went to Jet at Boulders Midrand to return 2 pairs of shoes that I had bought at a different Jet store. When the cashier (by the name of Pinky) called the store manager to authorize the transaction, I was told by the Store Manager (by the name of Danny) that I cannot be refunded because I bought the shoes at a different Jet. He said he can only give me a voucher and if I want the refund I must go to Lebowakgomo (Limpopo) where I bought the shoes and return them there. I asked him where on the return policy is this written on the receipt. He couldn't show me but he instructed the cashier to give me a voucher and not cash and he left the till that I was standing at. When I told the cashier to give me back the shoes as I was not going to accept a voucher I heard the manager say to the other staff "she'll be back right here". Now my question is, when did Jet make such a rule that you can only get a refund from the exact store location where you bought from? And if that's the new rule now why is it omitted from the terms and conditions (return policy) at the back of the receipt? I want my money back because I complied with ALL the return policies on the receipt.
