Disgusted by manager’s bad attitude

I went to edgars Germiston branch to exchange clothes i had bought at the eastrand mall branch. To my understanding you can exchange clothes at any branch. I was assisted by Phumzile who told me she cant exchange the clothes for me because they were bought at eastrand, she then called her manager who then came there with a stinking attitude asking me where do I expect her to hang those clothes because she doesn't have such designs in her store.

Shocked as I was I asked her why does the till slip say that we can exchange anywhere as long as the goods are still in the same condition as they were when bought. She then said to me "well that's what the slip says but she's telling me that she cant take them and I must take them back to East rand mall"

If these are the kind of people you employ to manage your stores and speak to customers like they getting off a tree, then I guess you really don't care about your clients. Please do address this issue with that manager because the way she spoke to me was totally unacceptable. She showed me that she doesn't care and will not even go an extra mile to give good customer service.
