Useless/Incompetent manage

On the 29/06/2013 i bought kidies pumps from Mr price in sandton and they were on sale. Infortunatly it was the wrong sizes so i decided to take them back on the 03/07/2013.When i got at Mr Prce i took something else becouse i could'nt still find the sizes. I was then assistedy Nonhlanhla who is a cashier there.for some reason there was an error with the barcode for the original price for the pumps and the barcode for the for the sale one. I dicided to live the pumps becouse i had a lot of thingsto do. Nonhlanhla said she will fix it.
When i came back to collect my goods i found out that Nonhlanhla did'nt do the exchange. She tyhen called her Manager Mar somthing.(Whit Lady) The lady told me that she wont exchange the interms for me.becouse the barcodes are not the same.

I really dont understand why am i being punished for an error that was done by phumelele.she scanned once barcode for the 5 pairs of shoes.this is what u normally do in the store.u scan a different barcode from a a different size becouse the size you want doe'nt have a barcode or a tag in it.so whay is it difficult for you to exchange the pumps for me.beside this was not my falt.

i am so at you guys.
