I bought a DSTV decoder at Electric Express on the 30th of March 2013. They referred me to a guy called Joseph to install the DSTV and the agreement was, should anything happen to the DSTV within 3 months the Installer Joseph would come and fix it free of charge, the guy even gave me his business card that reads like this "Ellies & Accredited installer". Recently I started experiencing signal problems with my DSTV and the satellite dish was a bit loose on the wall and all this started on the 22nd of June 2013.I called the Multichoice call center and they advised I must take it to my nearest Multichoice store. I smsed Joseph on the 23rd of June 2013 he advised he will come. I took the decoder to Multichoice and they advised there was nothing wrong with the decoder I must call my installer. Joseph came about 2-3 days after I called him and sent him an sms, when he eventually came he was demanding money, so I advised that 3 months has not passed yet as per the agreement he then "fixed" the problem I also advised him the satellite dish was loose but that fell on deaf hears.
The DSTV gave me signal problems the same day he came and" fixed" it. I took it
