Price advertised is not he price I paid!!!

On sunday morning, 24 February 2013, I went to Brits Mall to purchase the 6 Drawer Big Jim Storage Unit. The original price is R449.99. It was on special for R399.99. When I paid they charged me R499.99! I told them it is not the advertised price, the teller said I must go and speak to Prince, the manager on duty. When I showed him my slip and the advertisement, he said it is not the same thing. I told him, it was the same thing, the one I bought was white, and the picture on the advertisement is black. It clearly says, "available in blabck" which according to me means it includes the white frame as well. He then said, the barcode is not the same??!! He didn't even bother to look or scan the barcode, or walk to the aisle where the units are kept! I told him then it should have said so in the advertisement that the barcode must be the same! He the recons me, it's mad of a different material than the one advertised!!! WFT??? It is the same unit adevrtised only mine is white, and the pictur is black!!! I am so disgusted and irritated with game and the incompetent "manager" that did not even bother to help me or to try and help me!!! They robbed me of R100!
