I wanted to buy a mop. There was no barcode on the mop. I informed the cashier, and she said "go and get the barcode". To which I replied "you go and get the barcode". She then screamed across the floor to the manager for him to fetch the barcode. He waved his hand and walked away. She then called the floor supervisor who was very unhelpful as well. Added to this, when she was scanning my additional purchases, she was very rough with my merchandise and when I requested to buy packets she scanned them and just threw them to one side. As I tried to pay, she had no idea as to how to work the card machine. Continuously asking what budget period to use, when I had requested straight. To avoid unnecessary impending error on her part, I just used my cheque card. The sum of my purchases were significant but regardless I still expected better service.

This experience has tarnished my relationship with PnP. It seems customer service is not a priority of PnP as an institution.
