Buy 4 get 2 free (in my case 1) with attitude!!!

20th May 2013 I went to Mr Price home in Tygervalley and I saw they had buy 4 get 2 free promotion on some of their kitchenware. I then proceeded to purchase 4 items and had to get my 2 free items. When I arrived home I was beyond irritated because I realized that the assistant who failed to assist me given her rubbish attitude (she wasn't even aware of the promotion) which I find shocking as how can you work in a store and be unsure of what is on promotion that is simply lacking professionalism and general work ethic! I then realized instead of having 6 items I only had 5 which means that the assistant failed to give me my 6th item and by the way I paid for it but did not receive it.. I am not going to waste my time and effort and petrol to drive all the way back to Tygervalley to collect my kitchen tin. I suggest that you arrange that I receive this tin as soon as possible because Mr Price Home now owes me what is rightly mine. Understand that I will never support your store again due to the rubbish treatment I received, seriously I cannot have my own job and then have to do the job of your assistant's too. I suggest you train your staff on the importance of friendliness!!!
