Mr Price Home Tygervalley should be ashamed!

The first time we went to Mr P Home in Tygervalley we wanted to buy a sleeper couch, we had to search for an assistant, which called another one, and that one called another one, by the third person which was not very keen on assisting us, we decided to leave.

The second time around, because I gave them the benefit of doubt, maybe it was just an off day, everyone has them, so we went back, at the till the items barcode reflected R 9.99 and the actual price is R 99.99, so we stood there, now according to my knowledge, if the prices are different on the system and item, you pay the lesser one in terms of the Consumer's Protection Act, needless to say the assistant waved for the person with the necessary Authority to come and override it, which I was okay with because I was willing to pay R99.99 for the item, other wise I would have left it, after about 15min of struggling, they finally got it right and we paid and left.

Now, I gave them a third chance, again with no avail from the assistants, because they ask each other - even the person working in the department could not assist us.

Mr P Tygervalley you should be ashamed of yourselves! You're wrecking the good name of Mr Price!!
