Good day,

I am rather disappointed in the service I received from your Tygervalley House & Home branch.
I went there Sunday and received a quote for a few items I was interested in.
I advised the consultant - Chante Dirkse - I will return the next day.

When I got there yesterday, the one item's price increased from R1499 to R2199.
She told me she did not see the item was on promotion and did not think I would return to the store as I advised her.

I was unhappy as asked to speak to the manager.
Once again, terrible service - the sales manager did not even come to me as requested.
She told me she will process the request and before it is sent off for vetting, the price will be amended.

Today I received a call from the vetting department, and was advised the price is still reflecting as R2199.
I called client care, and was told this should have been amended prior to it being sent off to vetting as the interest will be calculated incorrectly.

Please can SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING follow up urgently and respond to my enquiry.
