Manager refuses to honour price

I went to Mr price home at highveld mall branch they a huge poster displayed that when you buy any inner you get a free pillow and i get myself the inner and the pillow and when i get to the till points to pay the operator tells me that the promotion is finished like its my problem that they did not take the poster down, I then asked to speak to the manager Felicity whom appeared to not have time to assist me as I explained to her that there is a huge poster that states the promotion she said that she cannot override the price that she does not authority to then on a piece of paper she writes for me MR PRICE FINANCE NUMBER THAT I CAN COMPLAIN TO THEM IF I WANT AS THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING SHE CAN DO FOR ME.I ASK HER TO USE HER PHONE SHE SAID THAT THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING '' WHAT A COINCIDENCE''

WELL THE BOTTOM LINE IS I SAW THE PROMOTION AND I WANT IT ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THEY DIDNOT REMOVE THE POSTER AFTER THE PROMOTION ENDED.I SAW IT AND I WANT IT
