On wednesday 13/03/2013 I visited jet stores in tygervalley I saw a few items I really fell inlove with and was also sale items, (my lucky day I thought) 1 of the garments had no tag attached so no price was able to be determined, I asked the assistant helping me to please enquire about the price and I would return the following day (14/03/2013) for theses specific garments. Thursday I returned to the store as had promised looking forward to buying the clothing items and adding even more items to the bunch, about to pay and realising the store assistant had not done what I had asked her to do the day before and whilst looking for a suitable item that best match the description, I waited for more than 15mins. The 2 assistants decide to charge me full price on the garment.being in retail myself I was appauled at the poor service as well as having to waste my time (and money) driving from cape town to this specific store for those garments. Really not a satisfied customer!
