I shoped at one of their store. Bought 33 items on their advertised special and all the items were wrongly priced when I noticed it later. Was supposed to be R10 per item but scanned R10.37.
So I complained to the Head Office and they sent the complaint to a store. There store explained they will help, but pricing is loaded by the Buying Department. So the store had to follow procedure and had to return every single item and because the price has changed, they had to change every price and the supervisor had to override and auth too!! This was not the end, then they re rang the items at the correct price, but because this was after the promotion they had to override all the items to R10 again! So an hour of my time wasted for R12.21. Not a chocolate while you wait or a cooldrink. They could have given me a free juice and I would have been happy. PnP will at least give you the first item free and sort it out in seconds. Then Woolworths will send me a Customer Survey to ask how my experience was, and I give them this feedback, and their response - nothing!!! So why fill in a survey???
