No prices and the staff with bad attitudes!

My wife and I have been regulars of @Home in Somerset Mall and Century City for a long time, but more so in the last 2 years. Over the last 3 months we have noticed a drop in service and all lack of information in the store.

Last weekend we went in to the Somerset Mall branch to buy wedding presents and a few items for our home. Only half the items in the store were marked with a price, and when it was marked it was for the wrong item. The display stands in the front of the store did not have a single price on them. When asking for a price, we were almost sneered at as if it were a huge task. The manager got irritated with us because we took an item from the shelf that had a price on it, but was indeed the wrong price. The sales "lady" took me to the shelf where she, in front of my eyes, pulled the price tag out and said: "See, it's not that price." and turned around and walked away.

The drama continued with evil look after evil look till we had left the store. This has been the breaking point for us. We have just about finished our renovation and are quite happy to take our business to Mr Price or Loads of Living.

So disappointed in you @Home!
