I complained more than a week ago on foschini and their unkept promises. i believe they take people for granted. they have not tried to contact me in anyway to tell me whether i am getting the airtime that was advertised or some sort of compensation. they said they will contact me in 48 hours and it is over 168 hours since.i am irritated and i feel they are careless and irresponsible. i have not gotten a call from this company or an explaination...
