One Product two prices

On the 01/12/2013 we went to Mr Price in the Glen shopping center to purchase new curtains we managed to find the correct color but the item we decided to purchase have two different prices we went to the cashier to enquire about the price difference and she called the assistant manageress she came up looked at the price and turn around and continue with her work the cashier called her again and she came again and asked what the problem is, the cashier explained to her the setup and she just said she can't assist us we must pay the higher price one the one item and the lower price on the other item which we did but I feel they can at least try to assist us in this matter but their whole attitude made me not to support them in future again.
