Pick 'n Pay
Never been so humiliated in my life!!!

Last week when I tried to used my smart shoppper points I was told the machine was off line,
Yesterday I go back there to use the points and to save myselt the trouble I decide to ask the cashier if they are taking the points, I approached this lady nelly who was on till no 9 at about 6pm, there was a customer at a till which was paying, I greeted them, she TOTALLY IGNORED ME, greeted again, TOTALLY INGORED me again, tried asking her she continued to ignore me until the customer told her to please hear what I was trying to say of which she bluntly asked me if I cannot see that she was busy? I told her I just wanted to ask a question I didnt expect her to stop serving the other customer, she told me I should have asked someone that question not her as she was busy.

I asked for the manager hey showed me an indian guy which I could not even take her name as I was already in tears due to the humiliation and embarassment Nelly has caused mu in front of other customers, I expalined to him what had happened and he just said he was sorry he was going to have a word with Nelly, which Im not even sure happened, Im really really upset and dissappointed about this as I am a loyal customer.
