Boulders edgars in midrand is just patetic, please guys theres no point doing up the store n you cannot assist your customers, this is my second time going to boulders midrand n the service is patetic, did my shopping as usual n when i got to the counter to pay i gave the lady my gift card who then confirmed they where off line that meant i had to pay cash so whats the point off having a gift card if u cant use it, well the lady told me to go to customer care in the store so the lady at cumtomer care contacted the contact centre but she said they where closed to take matters in my own hands i called from my cell phone and to my suprise they where open n only close at 6pm n i was in the store at 12, they gave me attitute n said they had different number, this is not acceptable, u expect us to pay our account on time yet u cant assist ur customers, what happen to customer service, boulders staff at edgars are rude n just dont care about there customers, saddest past is no apology.
