BAD ATTITUDE AND DOUBLE

I am bringing to light the trauma my wife was put through as a result of appalling customer service received from Nelly at Edgars (The Glen) on 28-9-2013 at 10am - 11am. She queried the price on a per of jeans she picked. The marked price was R599, she picked a size 27 per of jeans and those were R699. She took both, the one that cost R599 (size34) and R699 (size27) to the tills to query this, She thought perhaps the R699 might have been an error hence her bringing the other sizes just to indicate that.
Nelly (cashier) was rude from the word go, when my wife queried this Nelly simply said "what you see is what you get take it or leave it" instead of providing a reasonable explanation. My wife then decided to leave the jeans and pay for another per of black pants she had picked instead. The same cashier swiped my wife's (debit) card for the purchase, my wife got an SMS notification from her bank stating purchase went through, the cashier insisted that it did not go through and required my wife to swipe again, resulting in her being charged twice for one purchase. We require a refund plus compensation for the trauma that came with the embarrassment as this was in full view of customers.
