Ignoring my phone calls to cancel airtime

I've been credited R39 for a few months, I enquired at CNA how to cancel something I didn't even sign up for and they said that I have to personally go into Edgars and cancel it there.

I don't have time to go there when I didn't even sign up for it?

Please can someone contact me on 076 101 33 98 ASAP to cancel my "MTN airtime subscription" that I'm getting billed every month for on my Edgars account R39.00 to which I assume it's linked to my old cellphone number "078 490 9478"

I tried calling numerous times today 14 Nov 2013 on Jet's number 0860332244 (which a nice lady at Edgars gave me over the phone)

I've tried calling it 3 times to which twice Paulina picked up said hello hello hello I cant hear you. I thought it was my phone as at the company I was at today's phone isn't all that great. I tried again, she said "hello..? hello?. eish.." I shouted in the phone I will call you again and she just replied "ok"... (I tried one more time on the land line and i heard people in the background but no one even spoke I shouted again and again HELLO? and still nothing.. I tried from my boyfriend's cellphone twice.. and still people talking but not to me.
