Yesterday morning, I received an e-mailed statement on an account I settled and closes last year. I tried to call the loast card call centre but was greeted with a message to phone back at 08:00. When I called back at 08:00, Kholeka who was very unhelpful and unproffessional dropped the phone in my ear. I tried calling back because I wanted to confirm whether the card was blocked but to no avail. After holding to get through the line dropped time after time. I kept on trying for about 30 min but decided to give up and wait for a store to open. I left work and went to Edgars The Glen where I completed a dispute form and was told that these things happen and they do not know how long it will take for this matter to be resolved as Edgars have a pile of cases to work through. I am very upset and extremely frustrated and want the following answers: How did this happen and why was my account not closed as requested? How was the purchases made as I am still in possession of my card because if I had to visit any Edgars store without a card wanting to buy I would have been subjected to various checks and an Id would have been produced. What is going to happen to my credit profile as I am no
