Upgrade done

On the 03/10/2013 received an sms on my prepaid number saying i have upgrade then i ignored it knowing its a prepaid line the on the 04/10/2013 received another sms saying i have reached my limit an line will be suspended still prepaid number. The 10/10/2013 decided to call 808 to find out 1st call spoke to GORDON great who advised me my contract was upgraded by sibongile mahlakwane, i asked him the package and phone received he was not sure. he gave out a phone is SIII OR S4. Then i called again 2ND call spoke to MASIKA looks like he knows what he is doing (Big up) he advised me upgrade done on the 03/10/2013 phone received Samsung S4 on a Top-up 200 he further check who upgraded the line name SIMILO NDABA requested by Amanda from Morning side MTN store. 3RD call spoke to Nhlanhla who told me what i knew about tha upgrade and package, i wanted to double check information provided by MASIKA she (nhlanhla) told me she doesnt know, i mean i called my services provider to get answers consultant tell me she doesnt know. Requested a manager who told me to send through ID copy and affidavit to forward to Dept. clearly am not safe with MTN ANYMORE NEED THIS SORTED AND CANCEL Ac
