Disgusting attitude by staff

Myself, In-Laws and husband walked into the Exact. My mother in law and I went through some clothes. One of the workers started complaining that clothes were not put back neatly by customers, she screamed in Sesotho " BATHO BANA BA TENA, WHY MOTHO ASANKE SIZE YA HAE? KE TLO BEYA BOARD E KGOLO ERENG: HAI ESE SIZE HA HAO DON'T TOUCH; translated as "These customers are irritating, I am going to place a big sign saying don't touch if it's not your size. Amanda (colleague) was rooting on, agreeing to everything that's being said, nodding and laughing. It didn't bother them that customers were staring at them with total disbelief/disgust. I asked her if that's the way to behave or even treat customers, and she completely ignored me and started signalling Amanda that I was trying to stand up. She was blabbering something like " Mokgotsi Bona jwale? " meaning "my friend, and this 1? ". They didn't have name tags on, I walked up to 1 other lady at the counter, asking for their names. Only remember Amanda. Sadly it wasn't my mother in law's 1st encounter, (Furious) my father in law could get a phone because "it was almost closing time" and the phone display was emptied.
