Good day.
I bought ladies earrings on the 03/01/2013 on special. I was not aware that the earrings have defect on the time of purchase. On the 14/02/2013 when i tried to wear my new earrings and realised that the chain on the earrings is broken and could not wear them cause they are broken. On the 24/02/2013 i went to the store where i purchased the earrings to report the matter. Two ladies who were on duty refused to refund me money. They told me that they cant give me refund they will only take the earrings for repairs and i must come back to collect the earrings after they have been repaired. I refused to accept the repairs, i even showed them the 6 month return policy for defective goods on the back of the receipt that i am entitled to refund. They refused to give me back my money and they refused to give me their names as well. The ladies were very rude and they were not wearing name tags. I am not happy about the way i was treated, i believe the goods were not in good condition by the time of sale. I did not wear the earrings and later realised that the chain is broken and they are refusing to refund me back my money. Disgranttled customer. Thank you
