I wanted to return a pair of earrings that I had purchased 4 days before. I was told that they do not accept returns on earrings, which I totally disagree with and I was upset that I had wasted my money. The manager Donovan was called and he came to me with a passive aggressive attitude which did not help the situation. I said that I can't accept the fact that they do not return these items as I'm sure all other major retailers have no problem with it. I was told its the policy and that I can stand there all day if I wanted but I would not get my money back. I said I would complain with head office his response was to "go ahead". He at first refused to give me his full name, but I insisted. As I was leaving he sarcastically told me to enjoy my day. This is unacceptable behaviour from a manager and I will be closing my account with Yde. I will also be looking into my rights with the consumer protection act.
