Sportscene
No order placed or follow up made!

Mid April I went into the Sportscene store in Canal Walk, the shoe I wanted was out of stock in my size and I was told that they could get the shoe from the Sportscene store in Sandton and it would cost me R30/R40 for it to be couriered to the Canal Walk store. I was told that it would arrive within 1 week... I AM STILL WAITING. I went into the store last night (1 month later) to find out what is happening and I was told that the shoe was never ordered. To make matters worse, I was called today by Lucinda to say that no store in South Africa has the shoe that I want and she does not know who is responsible for this as when my details was taken down the store assistant did not put his name down. I am not only frustrated at the lack of service I have received but I am really angry about the fact that I was told today that there is nothing Sportscene can do about getting me the shoe I want unless I wait to see if the buyers send more stock to the store (which could never happen).
