Very poor service

I Have purchased a tv set from them a year ago, now its giving problems, i had taken it in for repairs they told me that i cannot leave it there they will get someone to come out and repair it as they cannot give me a replacement tv. they took down all my details, and said they will log a callout, they also gave me a number if i want to follow up, its been over 2 weeks now, and when when i phone the company that they gave me the number for, they told me that Makro didn't even log a call in with them . what kind of after service does Makro offer cause this is utter nonsense.
