Never recieved cellphone deal offered

I purchased a blackberry cellphone in December 2012. The main reason I bought the phone from Edgars was because included with this purchase was a deal on Ster kinekor movie tickets. Buy one ticket and receive one free every day for 12 months. I returned to the store every 2 weeks during January 2013 and February 2013 to inquire about this deal offered. The cellphone department was utterly useless. Most of the time there where only casuals on duty who had no knowledge of the deal offered.
I then spoke with the manager on duty who assured me she would contact head office and call me back. I never received a call. The next time I spoke with a different manager who offered to buy us a cup of coffee for the inconvenience and would follow up and call me that same day. I am still waiting for the call as well as the coffee.
It has been 6 months now and have yet to hear from anyone regarding this offer.
