My daughter purchased a Blackberry contract cellphone from Hi-Fi Corporation, Canal Walk, on 04 September, 2011. She was offered a full Vodacom package consisting of the phone, airtime & insurance. On 28 January 2013, someone walked into my daughter's office & her cellphone off her desk while she was at another office. She immediately called the police & reported this, where she was asked to provide IMEI no. etc. After finding the contract we noticed that she hadn't been given the insurance form & I in turn phoned the branch where she bought it. I was told to speak to the Regional Manager as it was out of their hands. He told me they didn't offer insurance & I should have noticed that we did not pay for it & he won't be able to help, but this is what the saleslady offered her now it's being pushed aside as she is not in their employment anymore. I feel the sales person was not fully trained & offered me a wrong deal. How many more people have had this misfortune. Why should I be the loser of a mistake made by the sales person.
