Worst company to deal with

On Monday 09 December 2013 I booked 6 x Tickets for Imax 3D - The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug at GATEWAY on Saturday14 December 2013 for 17:45pm. On Wednesday at 22:50pm I sent my first communication to Ster-Kinekor to request that my seats be changed for the same movie & same time. There was no response so I called Thursday morning around 09:00am and spoke to Nomphelo who advised that the system was down but she will re-book and took my details down. What followed was a nightmare of horrible all round customer service.
I currently have cancelled tickets for that date and time and have not even been refunded.
I am SHOCKED and APPALLED at the level of service from Ster-Kinekor. It's almost as if your agents,
Ster-Kinekor and your parent company do not care because they think that people have no other alternative but to put up with this sub-standard level of service that is being offered. Currently one of the worst companies to deal with with in South Africa
This is not my first bad experience with your company and the level of service has just gotten worse
