Bad service- Billing and termination of service

I registered my prepaid number with Edcon airtime who service prepaid customers by toping up their airtime on a monthly basis with airtime that altech autopage supplies them with. My number got blocked and i needed a puk number to unblock my phone and they are the only people that can help me now but yet i have been struggling to get a puk number to unblock my phone i called their contact centre and was shunned from pillar to post... i now want to cancel my service with these people and i want my number back to being an ordinary prepaid number... their service is bad in helping customers and i would not recommend their service to anybody.
