PAID Account- yet credit limit is revoked

I paid my account installment on 07/05/2013 via EFT acc 0081012734. I wanted to do a purchase from the mr price home in centurion lifestyle centre, after the invoicing lady rung up everything and tried to swipe my card, it was declined and my credit limit revoked. I have never not paid my account after the 7th, most months I paid early. Yet the 1st month I pay on the 7th my entire credit limit is revoked? I even had the proof of payment with me and presented this to the store manager, who unsuccessfully tried to get the call centre to open my credit. They responded that although my payment may reflect in their bank account, it takes their accounts department 3 DAYS to process it to my account? What, are we living in the dark ages?! And now my credit limit and credit score at the credit bureau have been negatively affected. Very bad service given to a loyal customer. You!
