RE: EDGARS HAS MY PROPERTY & HAVE NOT REURNED IT!!

On the 5th Of January 2013 I handed in my cellphone Blackberry 9790 to Edgars in Greenstone Mall for repairs, i was informed that if the cellphone is not back from repairs on the 6 February 2013 I will be given a new cellphone that will be delivered to me. On the the 7th of February after having not heard from the store manager Mr. Anil, I went to the store to collect my new cellphone. Mr Anil did not give me my old cellphone or a new cellphone. The old cellphone is paid for and is now still in his possession. The Store Manager treated me with complete disrespect! I tried to contact the call centre and was given the following reference number from Sipho: 133561 / 1102130103/Go, Sipho promised to call me back with feedback, he did not call me back, i called him back several time... was placed on hold or 10 minutes or more on many occassions. I need this issue to be resolved immediately, right now i am without a cellphone that has been paid for which is in the possession of the STORE MANAGER.

URGENT ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED! I would like matter to be attended to by Senior Management promptly.
