I purchased 6 movie tickets (R291) online for Turbo/11:30am show/at Eikestad Mall for my son's 8th birthday (15th September 2013). Due to unfortunate circumstances, we could not attend the movie. To date, I have not redeemed these tickets and I just assumed that Ster Kinekor would refund my purchase due to me not redeeming the tickets. I managed to speak to a Ster Kinekor staff member who advised me to call the Ticket Line.(She did not explain to me that I had to call the ticket Line IMMEDIATELY, on THAT VERY SAME day to cancel my booking) I called into the call centre this morning, querying whether I could redeem my tickets for a different show and I was advised that I could not. (In other words, I paid Ster Kinekor R291 for a show we have not attended and they are not willing to accommodate my request, as explained very rudely and abrubtly by the Team Leader I spoke with earlier). She advised me that I should call the Eikestad Manager and request whether he would redeem my tickets. (Absolutely no EMPATHY or customer service offered from her & I was advised the Terms are stated on the website. I ended the call). My reference no's for tickets purchased :11093611 & 1109551
