Quick to take but slow to refund

I had to make and EFT payment for arrears (VAN00329) and then was debited the same full amount the following day! The good client experience I had from Jessica Molise was not followed up on, they need to refund me ASAP as it is a major inconvenience as other d/o will now not be honoured! I think it is so typical being quick to take but slow to admit a mistake and rectify it. Anne-Marie
