Quick to ask but slow to deliver

Hi, my name is Wayne.
I bought a car thru Nedbank MFC division and about a month ago I paid my car off in full, but yet they still deducted an instalment after the car has been settled. So the next morning 26/11/2013 I phoned them asking for a refund but they told me that there will be a time frame of 10 days for the money to be back in my account... First of all when you don't pay them at the right time they have the authority to report to as a bad payer that could make your life BUT if THEY have to refund YOU they have a 10 day gap and STILL don't deliver in time??? Why should we as the client BEG them for our money back but they can take all the time in the world?..I think that's pathetic!!!
