I have now reached the point of unfortunately posting here.
I have had a constant battle with Mweb' slow connectivity.
I have a 1MB AIUC Bundle.
Yet get speeds slower than half of the contract speed.
Every time once calls tech support you are told line will be refreshed, switch off/on your modem. Is your phone line ok?
I should be asking Mweb is your business ok and can you upkeep your end of the "Contract"
If you can not provide what we pay for, admit to it that Mweb can not or do not have enough infrastructure to cope.
So please, either supply what we pay for or refund people.
Excuses can not be every week.
I can guarantee Mweb will be notifying me real quick if payment is slow.
