FNB quick on fees, slow on payout

I am really getting sick and tired of FNB' s tactics to drop a over-limit fee within minutes (no period of notifying the customer) but sooo slow in paying out sale of Share Builder stock.

FNB supposedly would rectify and implement incontact warning if account is below R250, I am still waiting for an SMS or email notice, but minutes after they processed an order a over-limit fee of R230 was charged... the notice of my account will probably only come 2 days later after the fee.

FNB is quick (even within seconds to charge Fees) but I have been waiting from 25 Nov for my share sales to be processed?? Why so quick to charge fees but then so slow to process client requests?

I have already moved my vehicle finance to another Bank and in the process to move Bond account to another company, I have been with FNB for over 30 years - but maybe it is time to move.
