Double deduction and no refund as promised

I was contacted by Bonitas on 15 Jan 2013, saying that my payment did not go through for February but it was a problem on their side. I called back on 18 February to make an payment arrangement for the arrears. We agreed that 50% of the arrear will go through 1 March and the other 50% 1 April 2013. Friday, 1 March, the full amount was deducted. I contacted Bonitas to rectify this. The lady I spoke to said a refund was done and that she will forward proof of payment on Friday.
It is Monday already, and no further feedback! I have debit orders that has to go through.
They are so quick to call if their monies are not paid, however poor service delivery to the client!!!
This is pathetic, they dont even answer their phones!!!
