I have been incorrectly debited over R4000.00 a month for the last 3 months by ADT. I made contact with ADT and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me saying they were waiting for a copy of the contract that was signed, I then provided a copy of the contract which showed that the correct debit amount to be just over R250.00 per month. On supplying them the proof that I had been incorrectly debited I was promised that the refund would be paid into my account on the 29th October as the only days that refunds are paid out are a Tuesday and a Friday and I had missed the Friday deadline. Sadly there was no refund payment on the Tuesday the 29th October, on seeing no refund payment as promised I tried again to make contact and was informed that I would be getting a full refund on the 1st November which sadly did not happen either, and then just to make a ridiculous situation seem like it could get any worse my account has just been debited for another R8000.00. Not only have ADT NOT REFUNDED the past 3 months worth of debits but debited my account for a fourth month for double the previous months amount. I would appreciate a call from a senior manager or higher to sort this out ASAP.
