Tracking device not working

I tested my tracking system on Friday afternoon the 5th of April 2013 at 17:00, an hour later a consultant called me back and asked me to drive as they were not picking it up.
I drove home immediately and an hour later another consultant called me back saying it was still not picking up then gave me a number to call and make arrangements to have it fixed.

Saturday morning i called the number and was given another number (fitment centre). I called and they asked me to leave my details and told me that they will get back to with the arrangements, no one called back.

I called the number again in the afternoon and was told that i will be contacted on Monday as the fitment centre is closed. On Monday no one contacted me, i called again in the afternoon and i was told that the guys who are supposed to help me are not responding and that i will be contacted once they have responded, no one contacted me.

Tuesday (today) i called customer service told them my problem, but before i could ask if they could intervene, the lady simply transferred me to the same people who have been lying to me for days and they made me another promise.
